USER-GENERATED REPORTS

All outage and availability reports are submitted by users of this platform. We do not verify, guarantee, or take responsibility for the accuracy of any report. Data is crowdsourced and may be incorrect.

NO PERSONAL DATA STORED

We do not collect your name, email, phone number, or any identifying information. Your IP address is never stored — it is hashed using SHA-256 with a secret salt for rate-limiting purposes only, and the hash cannot be reversed to identify you.

RATE LIMITING

To prevent spam, users are limited to one report per 10 minutes. This is enforced using a non-reversible hash of your IP address. No raw IP addresses are ever written to our database.

LOCAL STORAGE

We use your browser's localStorage to remember your selected district and taluk across sessions. No cookies are used. You can clear this at any time by clearing your browser storage.

This service is provided as-is, with no warranties of any kind. We make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or availability of the platform.
